Clean shrimps, cook them in olive oil and remove from the sauce-pan afterwards. Add breadcrumbs and stir frying until golden, add finely chopped garlic cloves, sauté for a while, add white wine and fish stock by pouring, bring to the boil.
At the end add finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Put the shrimps back into the sauce, heat up well and discontinue cooking so that shrimps do not become hardened.
Serve warm along with two kinds of rice.
