Restaurant PROTO is situated in the heart of the Old Town, on the corner of Siroka Street and Vara. Fish specialities, as well as popular meat dishes and carefully selected ingredients prepared by the best Dubrovnik chefs are served on the summer terrace as well as in the elegant interior.
Proto is proud to have played host to Edward VIII, former King of England, and his wife, Wallis Simpson.
